Slimline Thighs With Squats


This video aims to work the thigh muscles by doing nothing but squats. Varying the pace and style of the squat will target all areas of the thigh to leave it sleek and toned. Remember to keep the stomach in, chest up and shoulders back. Try the squat jumps when you have had some squat practise and you will be doing a fantastic job for the heart as well.
