Pilates Butt Workout



Pilates Butt Workout with Kathy Smith is designed to reshape the glute muscles, lift the buns, and develop a toned, curvy backside through a combination of standing Pilates exercises and concentrated floor moves. This effective 15 minute exercise will also strengthen the core and sculpt long, lean legs. You will need a Yoga mat and a chair for this workout that is great for all skill levels. This series can be done virtually anywhere and will lead to unbelievable results.
